1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable items unless damaged

3. Return Request Timeline

  • Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Process

  • After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

5. Replacement Option

We may offer a replacement instead of refund where applicable.
