We deal in food products (millets), so returns are limited.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired or defective
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Perishable items unless damaged
3. Return Request Timeline
- Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
4. Refund Process
- After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
5. Replacement Option
We may offer a replacement instead of refund where applicable.
